This was our wedding cake. David and I both had one bite and we never saw it again. I have no idea what my family ended doing with it or why we never ended up with the top layer. To be honest I don't even remember the flavor of this but I do know that it was very delicious. I am in a situation right now, that reminds me of this cake. I got a good taste of something, had time to enjoy it and appreciate it, and now, it may be taken from me with out much of warning and with not much I can do about it.
This is very frustrating and stressful to say the least. Why can't things just work out all the time for me? I mean really, is that too much to ask?

i think we threw the top of our cake away after it had been frozen for a year without even trying it.
